Dealership Experience is Required
Cobb County Toyota, a high volume, award winning, and well-established automotive dealership is seeking a top performing Automotive Billing Clerk for immediate hire.

Billing Clerk’s Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Billing deals
- Stocking in new vehicles
- Submitting documents for contracts
- Receipting in funding
- Posting to and reconciling GL accounts
- Accounting schedule maintenance and journal entry posting
- Preparing management reports
- Scanning and Filing
- Calculate and process warranty and insurance requests
- Back-up other desks as needed
Qualifications/Requirements – Billing Clerk:
- MUST BE detailed oriented, organized, able to handle high volume, and work independently
- Ability to work calculator, copy machine, fax, and other general office equipment
- Possess understanding of general bookkeeping
- Automotive experience required
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds a plus

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
