Summary
The Commercial Plumbing Outside Salesperson is responsible for increasing sales and profit through the acquisition and development of new business, maintaining existing business and providing excellent customer service.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 2 years of the following experience is required:
- Plumbing Industry Experience
- Contractor and Building Industry Experience
- Outside Sales Experience
- Ability to read blueprints preferred
- Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to read a map and/or follow written directions.
- Must pass company required drug screen and physical.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.; must have physical mobility and dexterity to frequently stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead. Occasionally works with tools and equipment. Considerable mental/visual concentration, coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention. Construction and Warehouse environment with variable but moderately high noise levels. Must wear closed-toe shoes, gloves, and other protective items as required. Work in varying weather conditions. A consistent presence at work is required.
Must be a minimum age of 21 years old and maintain a valid driver’s license and have the ability to travel to Coburn’s customer and company branch locations.
