Are you ready to fuel your passion for innovation and motorsports with a hands-on role in one of the most exciting industries on the planet? Code19 Racing, the world’s first professional autonomous racing team, is looking for a Special Assistant to the CEO. This part-time internship (20 hours/week) offers a unique chance to work closely with leadership at the forefront of autonomous racing and cutting-edge dual-use AI technology.

As the Special Assistant, you’ll gain invaluable experience in organizational strategy, operations, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to the success of a global AI-powered racing brand.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct support to the CEO, assisting with scheduling, task management, and meeting preparation.
  • Conduct research and provide actionable insights on strategic initiatives, including AI advancements and motorsports trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of projects.
  • Draft reports, presentations, and correspondence for key stakeholders.
  • Represent Code19 Racing professionally during events, meetings, and other engagements.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of high-profile events, including races and conferences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (or recent graduate) in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit!
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills; familiarity with data analysis is a plus.
  • Passion for AI, robotics, or motorsports is a bonus!
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
