Our talisman is our pool of IT consultants backed by a portfolio which includes assignments with Fortune 500 companies and other blue chip corporations.Job DescriptionSeeking a highly technical individual with knowledge/experience in the following areas:o 3 years of experience in Integration technologies and at least 1 live project experience on Boomi as middleware for integrating SAP ECC HR and SuccessFactors systemso Experience in building SOAP/Rest based webservice using XML/JSON payload interacting with external web service, DB, Queue etc.o Familiarity with HR, workforce management or talent acquisition systems a plus.o Good communication skills are required for interacting with various business stakeholders to understand their requirements, formulate a design, and then develop and test the solutions built o Needs to be a self-starter -- able to work on his/her own with very limited guidance.o Boomi Certification is preferred, though not required, for this role.Candidates shall be screened by client personnel prior to confirmation for the role. The role can get extended to additional 3 months, based on the new work that might come from business and performance of the individual in the initial months.50.00% Perform support activities (breakfix, monitoring, manual operations, etc) to the existing interfaces and maintain necessary documentation.20.00% Perform requirement gathering and coordinate with external vendor or client teams for new interfaces. 20.00% Design, configure and test developed solution and coordinate with functional teams for testing.10.00% Represent Capgemini at the client management meeting and support client IT teams with details as requiredKnowledgeable and experienced in DELL BOOMI with interfacing between SAP EC and SuccessFactors EC (see job requirements above)Staff Meetings, Communications, and Documentation Collaboration technologies usedInteract with client Management and represent Capgemini at the status meetingsHigh Complexity & problem solving and High Accountability.
