Position: Cyber Security Analyst

Location : Onsite to Elkhart, IN .

Job Description :

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security , CISSP, or CISA.
• Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) to streamline security tasks.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles and practices (Azure).
• Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, finance).

• Seeking for a specialist experienced in managing security for small to medium-sized enterprise organizations. This role necessitates an individual who can ensure that security standards and compliance are met within the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• should be adept at handling PCI pen testing, NIST compliance, security vulnerability monitoring, and mitigation tasks either individually or collaboratively with other IT team members/system administrators. Additionally, experience in managing security requirements for a hybrid IT environment, encompassing both on-premises and Azure components, is crucial.
• Looking for a dynamic individual who is open to wearing multiple hats and can coordinate various security-related activities within a small organization

• Implement and maintain security measures across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Assess security for hosted web applications.
• Manage and secure Windows servers and ensure compliance with security policies also ensure security of VMware environments
• Monitor and secure Azure cloud services using security controls and threat detection.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure adherence to security standards.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards for hybrid infrastructure.
• Assist in vulnerability management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks.
• Ensure the implementation and ongoing management of antivirus, endpoint protection, and firewalls.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct thorough investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security into system architecture and application design.
