What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support position at Cognize Tech Solutions LLC?
Role: IT Support
Location: NYC, NY (onsite 5 day a week)
Duration: 12-24 months
Must have:
- Azure Entra ID, MFA support, User account management, Account creation * hands on experience as an Admin for this tech*
- Office 365 admin Exchange group support, Teams groups support, Licensing
- iPhone MDM management preferably Intune

- Intune Autopolilot enrolling devices to intune and loading profiles etc

- Knowledge of Operating systems and networking Platforms
- Understanding basic to intermediate Security best practices
