Title: Technical Writer
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (2 days per week hybrid model)

Job Description:
I. Prepare instruction manuals, user guides, procedures, processes, and other supporting documents to communicate complex information more easily.
2. Create Process Maps to layout process steps from start to finish and Flowcharts to document basics of a work or information flow.
3 Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for maximum reader comprehension.
4. Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.
5. Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
6 Analytical skills required for the development and/or update of policy, procedure, and form documentation.
7. Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
