Cohen’s Fashion Optical is seeking a skilled Optometric Technician to join our team at the Waterford Commons Shopping Center. This full-time and part-time position involves a range of responsibilities including patient care, diagnostic testing, and administrative duties within a dynamic optometry practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform pre-testing procedures and assist with patient intake.
- Administer contact lens training and assist with eye exams.
- Conduct various eye tests such as auto-refraction, IOP measurements, and visual fields.
- Handle administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-ins.
- Ensure a high standard of patient care and support.
Requirements:
- Experience in an optometric or clinical setting preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to multitask.
- Positive and dependable with a team-oriented mindset.
