Required knowledge, skills and abilities: Good knowledge of building cleaning and grounds maintenance practices, supplies and equipment. Ability to use said supplies and equipment safely, economically and efficiently. Some knowledge of small engine maintenance, plumbing, electricity and carpentry. Ability to understand & follow simple oral and written directions. Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.

Acceptable Experience and Training: One year of experience in building cleaning and maintenance and ground maintenance activities or in one of the standard building trades and completion of a standard grade school course; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
