NATURE OF THE POSITION
This role will be located at the USA subsidiary in West Deptford, NJ and be part of the Corporate IT organization.
Key areas of responsibility will include coordination of all IT projects and activities, including network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience working on IT projects, with main focus on infrastructure projects
- Work closely with third party vendors and Managed Service Provider currently in place
- Act as 2nd level support to users on all IT needs, issues, requests if MSP is unable to solve
- Local support for infrastructure and software applications
- Implement corporate procedures and processes and maintain documentation
- Performs above mentioned responsibilities safely, ethically and in compliance with all federal and state regulations
- Maintain a safe work environment
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience (3 years) in similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Business Central appreciated
- Knowledge of MS-Office tools (Office 365 and previous releases), Windows 10, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft SQL Server
- General knowledge of business’ processes in manufacturing environments (Chemicals preferred)
- Advanced network and infrastructure knowledge
- Strong analysis skills and problem solving attitude
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Higher education degree a plus
- Italian speaking will be a plus
