Description : Job Summary
This is a full-time non-exempt position. Hours of work are 7 : 15 A.M. – 4 : 00 P.M. with a 45-minute lunch break. Shifts may vary depending on business needs.
Reports To : Warehouse Supervisor
Essential Functions
- Responsible for printing pick sheets, picking parts, and scanning parts to location.
- Building kits according to assembly order pick sheets.
- Perform quality checks on orders to ensure all parts needed are included and accuracy of the Bill of Material.
- Package, label or box products for proper storage in the warehouse.
- Perform all computer functions necessary for the Kitting and Assembly process.
- Manage and maintain timely product flow from the warehouse to kit area to optimize production operations.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking materials, reporting shortages and conducting cycle counts.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace to ensure efficient kitting processes.
- Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Support / Maintain effective and safe product storage practices.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization and our customers.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
This job does not require supervisor responsibility.
