Landscape Production Manager

The Landscapes Production Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining client and team member relationships, providing excellent communication by assisting in resolving all client and employee issues or concerns. This role is responsible for upholding the Coldwater Landscape culture and holding each team member accountable. The Landscapes Production Manager manages safety and quality budgeted hours and promotes teamwork within the company.

• Upholds crew accountability
• Enforces budgets for man hours and materials within job scope production
• Member of the interview team for potential new hires
• Conduct team member evaluations
• Utilizes coaching opportunities for team members as needed
• Enforces weekly safety meetings with all team members
• Conduct daily meetings with foremen.
• Creates process, procedures, and training implementation for each job skill
• Maintains crew structures based on employee ability and output
• Develop goal and reward matrix for crew members\
• Daily reporting to Account Manager
