5 Star Realtor seeks a proactive and detail-oriented assistant to support data management, transaction materials, and social media marketing. Our ideal candidate is a scrappy problem-solver and strong communicator. You will be a critical team member by owning day-to-day logistics and operations, thereby enabling the agent to focus on client relationships and sales. You must be fluent in Microsoft Office and tech-adaptable. Knowledge of photography, videography, and editing is a plus. We are open to Real Estate licensed and non-licensed individuals.
This position is in-office at Coldwell Banker Realty in Westfield, NJ. Computer and workstation provided. Preliminary schedule is 4 hours per day, between Monday-Friday starting at 9 or 10 am.
Required skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Job Type: Part-time (12-16 hours per week)
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour to be paid 1099, commensurate to experience and performance.
