Position Overview: The candidate will provide overarching expertise in the area of DoD Cyber Mission Force (CMF) training and operations. The candidate will utilize their expertise across the full spectrum of cyber operations to:

• Support cyber test and training event planning, operations and event execution; • Inform the development and implementation of cyber training software and ranges.
• Provide research and analysis of emerging DoD cyber training, testing and operational requirements, including organizational structures and roles.
• Support the development of processes and material solutions to satisfy emerging cyber training, testing and operational requirements.
• Lead customer engagement and the development of strategic partnerships.
• Support business development and proposals.

Position location is Fort Meade, MD and is full time on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of relationships with DoD CMF operators, organizations and leaders.
• Support the development of written proposals to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinates with customer representatives to develop requirements from customer input, interprets high level requirements and implicit requirements into actionable tasks.
• Support technical staff in the design, implementation, test and operation of cyber range applications and services.
• Develops documentation and presentations.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working as a DoD CMF operator, either active duty or contractor.
• A high-level understanding of the organizations, TTPs, training cycles and operational capabilities and needs of OCO and DCO operators, including intelligence collection and utilization.
• Ability to prepare and brief at a quality suitable for a General Officer.
• Must have demonstrable ability to lead and manage teams with minimal supervision, and to exercise independent judgment in task execution.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, complex environment.
• Associate degree or degree from a qualified cyber training program required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience as a DoD CMF operator or equivalent or experience leading organizations responsible for the training and operations of CMF operators.

Preferred Experience:

• Certifications that meet IAT Level II or greater qualifications.

Special Requirements/Security Clearance:

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with ability to obtain a SECRET to TOP SECRET security clearance. Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.

Salary Range: Salary Minimum: $150,000, Salary Maximum: $200,000

The annual base salary provided is a guideline for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. When extending an offer, CESI also considers other variables such as (but not limited to) work experience, education, training, skill set, internal peer equity, clearance level, and market conditions.
