About the Role : We are looking for a BI Developer to join our GIS team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will be a senior BI / Tableau developer with strong SQL skills and a passion for data-centric solutions.
Responsibilities :
Create dashboards and reports using Tableau
Set up Tableau Server and publish workbooks
Manage user accounts and server content
Conduct training sessions to educate users on Tableau
Design and implement proof of concept solutions
Develop advanced BI visualizations using trending, historical, and KPI data
Interact with business users to understand their requirements
Develop impactful presentations and training materials
Communicate complex topics to team members through written and oral communications
Education Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree
6 years of Tableau development experience
Required Skills :
Proficient with Agile / Kanban methodologies
Strong SQL skills (MySQL, Oracle, HIVE, Impala)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical skills to tackle complex problems
