  • Can provide strategic financial insight, manage financial risks, and ensure the financial health and sustainability of the institution.
  • Has expertise in all areas of finance including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, audits, preparation of financial statements.
  • Brings experience in not-for-profit accounting.

Our Ideal Candidate’s Education And Experience Include

  • Master’s in business administration, finance or related field; or CPA license with 10 years of public or industry specific accounting experience.
  • Experience in higher education.

    • This Position’s Functions Include

  • Accountability for business and financial systems, providing leadership for establishing policies and practices that govern both the current and future financial operations of the University.
  • Serves as treasurer and meets all budget and auditing requirements specified by the Board.
  • Staff support for the finance, audit, and investment committees of the board.
  • Contributes to overall policy development and administrative management of the University.
  • Oversees management of investments.
  • Oversees Accounting, Human Resources, Student Accounts, and Student Financial Aid.
  • Leads financing for major capital projects and operating needs.
