We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of maintaining all activities at the site level. You will be responsible for ensuring that occupancy is maintained at 97% or higher at all times, collecting rents on a strict schedule, filing for eviction based upon lack of rent payments or other lease violations, and maintaining the office, grounds, and buildings in top condition at all times. Pay is $17per hour for 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that occupancy is maintained at 97% or higher at all times
• Collect rents on a strict schedule, chase all balances, and provide documentation
• File for eviction based upon lack of rent payments or other lease violations
• Maintain the office, grounds, and buildings in top condition at all times
• Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Manage and supervise on-site staff
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the site
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
