Job Summary
We are seeking a CT/Rad Tech for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care.
As a CT Rad Tech, you will perform CT procedures under the direction of a Radiologist and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the ARRT.
- You will be responsible for the independent operation of CT equipment, and for performing and communicating results of diagnostic CT examinations.
- You will also be responsible for daily operations of the department, patient schedule, equipment maintenance, and quality assessment (QA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all functions of the CT Technologist job role
- Responsible for the independent operation of CT equipment
- Perform and communicate results of diagnostic CT examinations under the direction of a Radiologist
- Responsible for daily operations of the department
Requirements
To be successful as a CT Rad Tech, you will need to have:
- ARRT (Registered Radiographer) certification
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years CT experience
