*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and possess excellent mechanical knowledge. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing vehicle damage, providing repair estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. *Responsibilities* - Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs - Provide accurate repair estimates to customers and insurance companies - Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of repairs - Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status and additional work needed - Maintain detailed records of repairs and estimates *Skills* - Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair processes - Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in shocks, struts, brake repair, suspension, and transmission systems - Experience in cash handling within an automotive or dealership setting - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and customer service skills
