We seek an LPN to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM on our Float Team. You must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio with at least one year of experience.
This position is crucial in our patient care team. It performs initial and ongoing patient assessments, including obtaining vital signs and chief complaints, updating medications and allergies, and changing medical or family histories and documents in the E.H.R. This position will work with a healthcare provider or will provide support to the nursing staff throughout the day.
Additionally, this position will notify the patient of diagnostic testing results and prepare and administer injectable medications and immunizations as prescribed by the provider.
