If you have a knack for staying ahead of the curve, a pulse on the latest social media trends, and a burning desire to help a growing organization soar, this is the role for you!

  • Master of the Schedule: Keep our CEO’s day running like clockwork. You’ll juggle meetings, events, and priorities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipate the needs of the CEO and take initiative to address challenges before they arise. You’ll identify outstanding tasks and workflow without waiting for direction.
  • Strategic Partner: Work closely with the CEO on special projects, providing strategic insights and recommendations. Your role will go beyond administrative tasks, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Communication Pro: Act as the CEO’s right hand in all things communication—whether it’s crafting that perfect email, following up with key stakeholders, or preparing pre-meeting briefs that wow.
  • Social Media Savvy: Stay on top of the latest trends and ensure our CEO is always in the know. Your insights will help shape our online presence and keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Technology Integrator: Leverage technology to streamline processes, from automating routine tasks to implementing new tools that enhance productivity and communication across the organization.
  • Event and Initiative Coordination: Be the powerhouse behind company events, from planning to execution. Your organizational skills will be the glue that holds it all together.
  • Report & Track: Help track the performance of our initiatives and programs, turning data into actionable insights. Your reports will keep us on target and moving forward.
  • Confidentiality Guardian: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. You'll be the trusted custodian of confidential documents, ensuring they are securely managed and protected at all times.
  • Continuous Learner with a Servant Leadership Mindset: Become both learner and leader. You'll soak up knowledge, quickly master new tools, and adapt with a purpose—to serve. As an attentive listener, you'll cater to the CEO's and team's needs, striving to enhance, innovate, and uplift. Your receptiveness to feedback and commitment to collective goals will foster a thriving, collaborative environment.
  • Situational Awareness and Empathy: Your role demands an acute ability to gauge the atmosphere and understand the emotional undercurrents of the workplace. With empathy at your core, you'll navigate organizational dynamics with finesse, ensuring your actions resonate with the CEO's vision and the team's aspirations.
  • Local Travel: Some local travel will be required to support various initiatives and events. Your flexibility and adaptability are key.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly preferred. At least 2 years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Time Management Guru: You possess exceptional time management skills and can efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Tech-Savvy: Advanced computer skills are a must. Familiarity with tools like JotForm, Airtable, and LucidChart is a big plus.
  • Communication Wiz: Stellar written and verbal communication skills are essential. You’ll need to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail is second to none. You’ll manage multiple priorities with ease, even under tight deadlines.
  • Social Etiquette: A deep understanding of social etiquette and professional demeanor is crucial. You’ll represent the CEO in all interactions.
  • Driven & Resourceful: You are self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and a drive to make a real impact in a growing organization.
