Food Services General Manager
* Plan, direct and coordinate the activities associated with running multiple facilities (at least 2 or more).
•Supervise, train, and instruct team members in general food service practices.
•Ensures all team members are adequately trained and capable to perform job responsibilities in a safe and compliant manner.
•Directs team members to ensure job-related rules, policies, procedures, and security guidelines are enforced.
•Maintain product service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints.
•Manages food service operations and ensures they are following internal policies and procedures as well as required local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
•Ensures all facilities maintain a sanitary food service environment by following food service and Health Department codes and regulations.
• Ensures all facilities maintain accurate on-site reports of daily and monthly financial, production, and activity.
•Maintain contract compliance and cost control.
* You will be working in Detention Centers
Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
