We are seeking a Workday Project Manager for an onsite 24 month project (with the possibility of conversion to perm) located in Kent, Washington. This role involves leading critical HRIS initiatives, including a large-scale Workday Timekeeping implementation. You will lead HR and HRIS projects from inception to completion, guiding cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, and IT.
- Developing project charters, schedules, and governance mechanisms.
- Leading risk and issue management.
- Facilitating all stages of system development (analysis, design, testing, implementation).
- Partnering with vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
