Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing exceptional guest services.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and prepare reports for management review.
- Operate phone systems efficiently to assist guests and communicate with other departments.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours by monitoring access points and conducting regular checks.
- Provide assistance to guests in a friendly and professional manner, promoting a positive experience for all visitors.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for effective communication with guests.
