companion and personal care services for seniors, new mothers, those recovering

from surgery, disabled adults, veterans or any adult over the age of 18 who

just needs a little assistance.

What you’ll do as a caregiver?

· Provide comfort and companionship to your clients,

· Prepare snacks and meals,

· Encourage light exercise to keep clients active,

· Help with basic housekeeping tasks,

· Transport clients to nearby appointments or social activities,

· Help with bathing, grooming and personal hygiene,
