HVAC Field Technician - Level 2

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Field Technician to join our team. This position involves installing, repairing, and retrofitting environmental control systems while utilizing expertise in refrigeration theory, control systems, and structural layouts. Work environments include outdoor settings, mechanical rooms, and extreme weather conditions.

Compensation

• Wage Range Starting at: $23.00 /hr. based on qualifications & experience.
  
  
  

Job Duties

• Service HVAC equipment up to 200 tons, including ancillary equipment.
• Perform installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and site surveys.
• Diagnose and repair systems using tools and engineering specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation for assignments and customer interactions.
• Ensure vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Represent the company as a direct customer contact.
• Provide training, technical support, and sales leads as needed.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficiency in blueprints, schematics, and equipment layouts.
• EPA Universal and OSHA 10 certifications (company-provided if needed).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening, and MVR.
  
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and travel (including occasional overnight).
• Supervisory oversight of apprentices with task delegation and training.
• Ability to be exposed to various weather conditions, high places, and loud environments.
