Command Construction Inc. is establishing a U.S. Department of Labor-approved, paid apprenticeship program to build better futures for its new and current workforce. Apprentices will build skills in construction craftsmanship and carpentry emphasizing concrete construction. The apprenticeship consists of a combination of classroom hours built into full-time, on-the-job training hours with full-time pay. Apprentices must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, they should have a valid driver’s license and live within commuting distance of Morrilton, Conway, and Russellville.
