Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.


• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.


• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.


• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.


• Help coordinate meetings between clients and senior account managers as needed.


• Track account progress and prepare weekly reports on account activities and performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
