Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and communications
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition
- Provide product and service information to clients and address any concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
