Job Purpose: To generate appointments for automotive prospects contacting the dealership through phone, Internet lead submission, and chat features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls generated from dealer websites and other sources of advertising
- Answer all incoming Internet leads with email and phone calls
- Respond to all chat conversations from prospects
- Follow up with all prospects until contact is made
- Set appointments for sales and service prospects and customers
- Communicate with all no-show appointments and reschedule
- Track all activity in the CRM (Customer Relations Management) Tool
- Keep all prospect and customer records up to date and accurate
- Communicate all appointment activity with appropriate managers and sales people
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
