About the Role:
Bel Oak of Lemay is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN/DON to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Minimum Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Missouri
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role

- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Certification in nursing leadership or administration
