Community Concierge Services (CCS) is growing quickly across the US. CCS provides doorstep waste and recycling solutions to apartment communities 5-7 evenings per week and is currently looking for a motivated individual to assist in rollouts/onboarding and filling in as needed across the nation. This individual must be willing to travel up to 90% of the time and be willing to travel for extended periods of time. Must live in one of the following metro areas: Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, Orlando FL and close to major airport. You will report directly to VPs of Operations and President of Operations.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Traveling across the country to deliver exceptional service to our clients
- Collect multiple routes per day in different geographies
- Rollout new communities inclduing orientations, container deliveries and staffing
- Train/Onboard new employees including full time managers
- Flying and driving to various markets frequently
