Internal Medicine/Family Practice Nursing Opportunities
The Community Health Center of Cape Cod offers a rewarding, team centered environment that allows our Nursing staff to work to the top of their licensure level. You will be responsible for the coordination of services and pursuit of excellence in integrated model of care for our patients. Qualifications
