What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for our patients, offering a warm greeting and professional assistance.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth flow and a pleasant visit.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care, acting as a liaison between patients and clinical staff.
- Handle patient information with care, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in our Electronic Health Record system.
- Support our community by connecting patients with resources to address insurance and health-related concerns.
