Overview
Community Home Health Care seeks a dynamic, experienced Regional Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, driving business growth, and developing strategic initiatives to expand our market presence in Ulster, Dutchess, and Putnam Counties.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Create and/or Participate in trade shows and events
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales and marketing experience in homecare or healthcare
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results
- Sales and marketing software (CRM, Salesforce, HHAeXchange ect.)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - preferred, not required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
