Cardiology Clinic Director

The Cardiology Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing the operations, clinical services, and strategic initiatives of the cardiology clinic within a healthcare facility. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise in cardiology, and the ability to optimize patient care delivery while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Clinical background in nursing or allied health field is desirable.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a focus in cardiology or clinic management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement principles.
• Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health records systems.

Compensation:

• $93,000.00- $107,640.00 annually, depending on education and experience.
• Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increase, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available.
