Job Type : Full-timePosition is in personJob DescriptionCommunity Services Institute (CSI) is hiring a Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our behavioral / mental health team. This position is 100% in-person. Clinicians may be required to work afternoons and early evenings to accommodate clients’ needs. CSI Clinicians provide client-centered therapy services to adults, adolescents, and children. Clinicians must be familiar with trauma-informed treatments for families facing systemic barriers and mental / behavioral health challenges. Clinicians are required to complete paperwork in a timely manner (progress notes, assessments, treatment plans) and will be offered support as needed for the administrative aspects of community mental health.About Us : CSI was one of the first outpatient community mental health clinics to offer home-based therapy to families facing barriers to mental health care. CSI’s community outreach model started after long-term psychiatric hospitals were shut down in the 60’s-70’s and replaced with outpatient mental health services. For nearly four decades, CSI has remained dedicated to social justice and delivering therapy in accessible ways regardless of a person’s circumstance.
