Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 / year

The Retail (Cafe) Manager will successfully lead the retail food service operation (cafes and catering) at a 300 bed hospital in Birmingham. Our Retail and Culinary team work closely together to provide excellent food quality, customer service and innovative ideas. Responsible for managing a team of up to 8 employees. Anticipated schedule: Monday- Friday 5:30am-3:00pm and every 6th weekend as Manager On Duty (4 hours either Saturday or Sunday, and on-call by phone the rest of the weekend).
