JOB SUMMARY:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, serving Point Arena and Fort Bragg areas. Requires strong problem-solving skills, comfort with technology, and the ability to work independently in rural settings. Candidates must have firm boundaries and be prepared to drive 800–1,000 miles per month.

WHO WE ARE:

As a coach with Compass, you will help adults with developmental disabilities live interdependently in their own homes through Independent Living Services. We walk beside our clients offering life skills instruction and mentorship. Every client's needs are unique to them and our teams work together to ensure each client receives the exact services they need.

OUR LIFE SKILLS COACHES WILL TEACH THEIR CLIENTS:

• Money Management
• Household chores and maintenance
• Exercise and nutrition-healthy meal preparation
• Recreational skills-social outings

• General social and emotional skills

ILS COACH REQUIREMENTS:

• Willingness to learn: no college degree is required, but must be teachable
• Must be excellent at scheduling and knowledgable about community resources
• Must have a car, insurance, valid driver's license
• Must pass a criminal background check

• CPR and First Aid certification must be completed before hire (WE'LL PAY!)
