What are the responsibilities and job description for the Life Skills Instructor position at Compass SLS & ILS?

This job requires availability Tuesday-Friday (1:00pm-7:00pm) and on Saturday (any 4 hour shift). You will be serving clients in Red Bluff as well as Cottonwood, Los Molinos and Corning.

WHO WE ARE:
As a coach with Compass, you will help adults with developmental disabilities live interdependently in their own homes through Independent Living Services. We walk beside our clients offering life skills instruction and mentorship. Every client's needs are unique to them and our teams work together to ensure each client receives the exact services they need.

ILS COACH REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to learn: no college degree is required, but must be teachable
- Must have a car, insurance, valid driver's license
- Must pass a criminal background check
