Job duties include:
- Match, enter, post, and review vendor invoices, credits, and expense reports.
- Process weekly A/P check run.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Reconcile and review monthly statements from vendors.
- Maintain vendor files.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Accounts payable experience.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Computer & Office Equipment Skills:
