At Competitive EDGE our vision is to change the field of physical therapy by using the latest in 3D motion technology and feedback while providing a world-class concierge client experience. Locally, we serve Bay Area athletes and clients to help them stay active, improve their movement, and enhance their sports performance and serve as the biomechanics team for the San Jose Earthquakes Pro Soccer Team. - Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and schedule clients through various channels including outbound and inbound calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting our services as the best solution.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our clinical team to align sales strategies with our service offerings.
- Community Outreach: Represent Competitive Edge Physical Therapy at local events and health fairs, promoting our services and building our brand in the community.
- 3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in a fitness, wellness, or healthcare related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their health and well-being.
- Base Salary $55,000 - 70,000
- Uncapped commissions plus bonus
- Retirement with 3% company matching
