Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes in condition to the RN or physician.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• LPN certification in NJ
• Serious applicants
