Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our finance team. This in-person role will be pivotal in analyzing financial data, supporting decision-making, and driving financial performance across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze financial performance and trends to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Support operational teams with financial guidance to optimize performance and control costs.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial impacts of strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare or a multi-site organization.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Experience with ERP systems and financial software; familiarity with healthcare-specific platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
