If you are looking for hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, our team would be a great fit for you! Privately owned and operated for 20 years, Complete Design & Packaging (CDP) has grown from a small brown box manufacturer into a state-of-the-art sheet feeder plant specializing in high graphic packaging and Point-Of-Purchase displays.

We currently have an opening for a Packer at our Wilshire location. Under general supervision, these employees perform work in the fulfillment department on an assembly line folding boxes, setting up displays, stocking product in the displays, and prepping the displays for shipment to customers.
This is a 1st Shift position with a very generous schedule (Work for 38.5 hours, get paid for 40 hours): Monday - Thursdays, 630am - 3pm; Fridays, 630a-11a

  • Be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
  • Be able to frequently lift up to 20 pounds.

Requirements

Mastery of the following job requirements along with good attendance, a positive demeanor and good working relationships will provide a strong foundation for advancement to other positions within the company.

- Build displays with product by hand following specific set of instructions.
- Seal displays with fasteners and label them for shipment.
- Perform as needed at or above the rate expected for the task.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.

- Follow all company guidelines for pack out area (for example: no telephones, headphones, or ear buds).
