Equipment Operator

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment. This role is essential for ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently on-site. The Equipment Operator will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of equipment such as front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, bulldozers, and farm machinery.

*Duties*

- Operate heavy equipment including front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, bulldozers, and Caterpillar machinery.

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on all equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Perform loading and unloading tasks, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.

- Collaborate with team members to complete construction or landscaping projects as required.

- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery to prevent accidents or injuries.

- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.

- Assist in building projects by providing necessary support with heavy machinery.

*Experience*

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is required.

- Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance and repair of machinery.

- Experience operating loaders and other commercial driving vehicles is preferred.

- Previous work with farm machinery is a plus.

- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in equipment operation.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
