Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee records and data integrity.
- Support the recruitment process by assisting with talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide insights for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with management to negotiate contracts and develop strategic HR initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Implement process improvements to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
- Assist in the development of training programs that support employee growth and organizational goals.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role within a dynamic organization.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of talent management principles, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Experience in strategic planning within an HR context is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
