Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Coordinator (month of coordinator) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a strong background in hospitality and events management. As a Wedding Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of wedding events after paid training, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly to create memorable experiences for couples and their guests.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding day.
- Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, floor plans, and vendor lists.
- Research and recommend venues, caterers, florists, photographers, and other service providers.
- Coordinate all logistics leading up to the wedding day, including setup and breakdown of events.
- Manage guest services on the wedding day to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
- Oversee event marketing efforts to promote weddings and related services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in events management or wedding planning is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest services best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Previous experience in hotel or banquet settings is a plus but not required.
