What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing position at Complex Community Federal Credit Union?
This individual will with with financial institution marketing department and brand management. They will work collaboratively with departmental teams on projects ranging from reviewing new products and services to new technology and problem solving. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual wanting to grow in leadership and management and requires someone with strong marketing experience and a proven track record of problem solving, team leadership and change management.
Responsibilities to include:
- Oversight of social media and website development and deployment
- Oversight of marketing promotions, internal promotions and brand
- Analysis of marketing efforts at the branch level and from branch to branch
- This is a hands on position requiring some delegation, but more importantly, there will be a great deal of member and team interaction
Skills/Credentials:
- Marketing experience in the financial field a plus
- Graphic design ability a plus
- Proven analytical, management and communication skills
- Proven track record of building a team and individual team member development
- Ability to influence team members and peers
- Excellent internal team and external member service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Social Media a plus
- Newsletter writing experience a plus
