Scope of the project:
The County is seeking a consultant with knowledge of MUNIS ERP and ExecuTime product for Tyler Technology. The County implemented the ERP in 2020 and 2021 with a base configuration and seeks to more fully develop the application deployment by expanding the use of the ERP features among the core teams in finance, human resources, County Treasurer and Tax Collector, utilities, and facilities departments. The County also seeks to expand common business workflows to the varied departments to leverage the value of the ERP. The County has an installed test environment for the consultant to use as well as a training environment for deployment training of developed/improved processes.
Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
Assistance with configuration of the various module roles and user access for various Departments for:
Financials

- ExecuTime Time Keeping
- Position Control

Examples of specific tasks:
- Assist with new and existing policy setup and role modifications.
- Development of good change control practices related to each major group (i.e., access security policies and access group management, module configuration settings, scheduled jobs and processing routines management etc.)
- Work with users and MUNIS support to grant access to existing or new accounts or project strings that were created by the Financial Division.
- Assist with contract configuration setup in MUNIS.
- Work with workflow steps and recommendation on the best practice for the approval process in both MUNIS and ExecuTime.
- Assist with Time and Attendance for ExecuTime Policies and Rule setup.
- Create Security & Permissions for supervisors and employees.
- Assist with the OT policy for 28-day FLSA cycle and 24-hour employees.
- Assist with setup policy for 40-hour, 37.5-hour exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Develop and implement business rules and processes for the integrated cash account reconciliation features.
- Develop and implement standardized reporting templates for routine interim budgetary reports and other specialized annual reports.
Required Skills
- ERP experience for required

- Ability to work independently unsupervised with module testing and user issues
- Experience in financial system administration
- Knowledge of Principles and practices of systems implementation and software development
